SHF RSPO training was carried out at Odiguetue with SHFs, Trainers and Okomu oil palm Company.

The training features leadership and conflict resolution as the topic.

Trainer and SHFs discussed what leadership is, characteristics of a leader and features of a leader.

All these were analyzed and participants were made to understand the importance and function of good leadership in conflict resolution.

Different approaches to resolving conflict in the community were also discussed where SHFs participated in different activities that show the impact of leadership in conflict resolution.

SHFs also recount their experiences with different leaders and how they have been able to resolve conflicts in the past and how its has helped them grow as a society.
